Shipping:

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is by ground service, USPS and/or UPS.  Most in stock items are shipped within a week as one shipment.  Occasnionally, an item is discontinued by one of our suppliers and we will refund you for that item.  To hold down costs we do not insure merchandise against theft, damage, and shipping company errors.  If a discontinued item makes up more than 75% of your order we reserve the right to cancel the entire order.  We will notify you after placing your order if an item is discontinued or out of stock.  Out of stock items will be shipped within 30 days, unless a refund is requested.  After, 30 days all backorders will be cancelled, and your credit card refunded, unless notified.  We reserve the right to substitute comparable in terms of cost and content if items are not in stock with the intent of minimizing the inconvenience of delaying your order.  Shipping charges shown are not exact.  Orders may be modified for shipping and handling fees due to size and weight.  You will be contacted shortly after your order is processed of any decrease or increase in shipping and handling charges.  Charges may be modified after your order confirmation.  For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii standard shipping varies depending on reliability, convenience, and cost.  No hazardous Materials shippments to Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns/Cancellations:

We allow the return of non-defective items for up to 10 days after the invoice date.  No returns on food, water, sanitary items, and flare gun kits.  Any exception to this rule is at our sole discretion.  To initiate a return e-mail customer service and receive a Return Authorization number (RA#).  You must pay all costs related to return shipping.  The item must be in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, warranties, acceessories, security seals, etc...  We cannot accept returns with retail price tags.  The returned item must clearly show the RA# on the outside of the package.  Please allow 20 days to process your return.  For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier.  All credit card returns and/or cancellations will be assessed a small 2-3% credit card charge by our credit card processor.  After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, your credit card will be reimbursed, minus a small the 2-3% charge assessed by our credit card processor, for the purchase price of the item less a restock fee of $4.95 per item or 15%, whichever is greater.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discount the returned items per the above minimum fees, plus up to a maximum of 75% if the item cannot be resold (i.e. the item has been used, price stickers are affixed, packaging is damaged, discontinued items, etc...)  No return on food items, special orders, or discontinued items. 

Defects 

All defective merchandise is subject to repair or exchange. Our suppliers reserve the right to make the final determination as to repair or replacement. No cash refunds are applicable on repair or exchange. Call or email for a return authorization number.  All defective merchandise is covered by various manufactures warranties. All warranty claims by customers must be submitted by customer directly to the manufacturer.
